You can buy an a/c compressor at any autoparts store. You can also install it yourself. But unless you are a certified air conditioning technician, and have all the tools, and a vacuum pump, you cannot properly charge your a/c system. If you are thinking you can save a few dollars by buying the compressor and taking it to the tech to have it installed, you are likely wrong. They get a big discount at most of the parts houses. Just let them buy it and install it for you.

try rockauto.com. Darn good source for parts on the cheap, but watch the shipping charges, can get high for small orders. IE, just last night I ordered an A/C Compressor relay for my jeep, was $9.99, then I added headlight assy's to the order (left and right), then was only 19.99. Hope this helps

Either at a dealer for the specific model you have or a generic auto parts store. I would look under auto parts
