1. Know what the material to be discussed is. . .do research so that you can be a good group leader. Also tell the other people what the subject this week is so they can prepare

2. Arrange the room in good way for no one being in a draft, or in a shadow or behind someone.

3 Think before you speak - make sure your conversation is relevant to the a) topic and b) the level of understanding of the other participant.

4. Keep volatile or offensive remarks under wraps - discuss the proper behavior before the group gets goind: (no swearing, no racist remarks, no off color jokes, no jokes at all maybe - that kind of thing)

6. At the end of each session, make notes so the next session can build on this one.

7. Send notes to participants via email to get feedback for future sessions

I talk English, and four+ pages is a lot to study, besides the undeniable fact that it appears like the talk is about turn-flops and human beings being accused of mendacity about what number pairs they own (like the lady with fifty 5 pairs)? anybody is very arguing about this? Does it quite count number if everyone's jealous about what number pairs of turn flops someone owns, thinking that you do not understand those human beings in the genuine international? in case you experience you're being attacked, you could continually log off and only enable it bypass.
