I want to get the subject then tranfer it to another picture to have a diff. background. and looks real. I've been trying to do this for 2 months. but i just can't get it work.

Use the lasso tool to select the subject, copy then paste it onto the background you want. Touch it up the subject layer with the eraser tool.

Sometimes this is very hard if you are using a new background that isn't a similar clarity or brightness.

Simply select the subject copy and paste it
into the picture but on new layer. Then select the picture
and copy and paste the picture on new layer and del this
layer. Before the picture layer create new layer and change
the background of this layer

2 months?! Did it occur to you to look for tutorials? After 2 months learning Photoshop this should be a doddle to you...

Use one of the many selection tools to select the area you wish to keep. Copy it, and paste it as a new layer on the document that contains the background.

And for pity's sake... search for tutorials...
