What do you call the plastic loop cords with notches that hold tags on items?

You know - the type that have a little mouth and notches which you can slip around an item - tighten it to where it needs to be (like a cable tie), and when you want to remove it, it is easily broken. . . clear plastic usually. ???????? Any idea where I can purchase them, too?

Never thought of that before, but my friend says they're called zip ties or cable ties. The one's you seem to be lookng for are called Releasable Cable Ties. As to where to get them, I'm not sure, but I believe your best bet would be places like Home Depot or Walmart/Meyers (since they seem to have just about everything). Or, of course, right here on the internet - even Amazon sells them. :-)
