No kissing actually helps clean your teeth, you'll have a much healthier mouth if you kiss more often. I forget where I read that but it's been proven. I always make sure after I eat to drink at least a glass of water, it's good for your health as well as it washes down whatever food may be still in your mouth. If you are worried about it go to the ladies room and floss or if you are at home just brush your teeth, whichever makes you feel more comfortable.

It's unhygienic to kiss at all, not only just after a meal. This is why you shouldn't eat foods such as garlic when on a date. Kissing is such fun that people don't think about that aspect of it.
