cello dvd recorder r100lb problems need website address for info?

i have a r100lb dvd recorder by cello and the door will not open or close which means it is useless. does anyone have their website address for help, as there is no address in the manual, or any ideas?

Mustek do a r100lb - what are the chances of 2 different companies doing a DVD recorder with the same model number? I'd put money on it that the Cello is a re-badged Mustek - check it out on
