Sex and love are like the two sides of the same coin. In an adult, loving relationship- sex is a way to nuture and bind the two people together. BUT, I would say that love is more important than sex because you can love someone without having sex. For instance, if one spouse became horribly ill and was not healthy enough to have sex, the love that their spouse had for that person would be enough to hold them together.

If you are quick to equate sex with love you might have a problem. Some of the worst sex I have had was with someone I loved. Some of the best was with someone who's name I cant remember. If your lucky enough to get both love and good sex from the same person count yourself lucky! I chose Love and now I think I qualify as living celibate. Choose carefully!

It depends on what you're looking for out of life at the place in life in which you find yourself.

Some go just for sex and one night stands.

Others are seeking a full blown relationship borne out of love trust and mutual respect for one another.

Neither are wrong. Both are important - just at different times.

Why do you think some couples hate on each other, and others say sex gets better with age?
The first concentrates on the physical pleasure, and hates when they don't get it perfect every time.
The latter has found the spiritual dimension of their Lovemaking. The key word being LOVE!
