This memory stick is Transcend make and is there any way i can make it work again.

take following steps -:
install the driver
edit settings
if still doesnt work
go to ms dos prompt.and format it.
if its not getting detected
ur usb port must be wrongly installed or may have pro with power settings
in this case it might have got damaged for good

Sorry to say, but unless your pen drive is under warranty... give up. You probably didn't "Safely Remove" your pen drive (or flash drive) from the USB port on a computer a couple of times. This would make your pen drive "break" after awhile.

Forget it and buy a new one.
Circuits are very minute and the problem cannot be rectified in pen drive. Try your luck by banging once or twice on a hard surface. But it is not reliable

See buddy, it seems ur pen drive is gone. If it is in warranty, replace. Else, take it easy.
