It is not time.

He is paying taxes and lots of them.

She is not that bad.

Leave the alone and lets get over with the bad acts that come every year at this point in the season.

Nah! These people auditioning for American Idol know ahead of time that they are going to be judged on their abilities. And I suspect, what to expect from Simon. Ok! He is blunt, I give you that. But there is really nothing wrong with being blunt. People wanting to get in the entertainment business need to be thick skinnned and have the ability to shrug off criticism. Those that can do this, can make it not only on American Idol but afterwards as well. Simon is testing these people to see if they can take it. And quite frankly, the ones he really gets down on are , to put it bluntly, terrible!

Well with most jobs the company you works for takes taxes out of your pay, so of course they are paying taxes. If they aren't the IRS will be coming after them.

Have you seen some of the bad singers on the show? Of course they are going to get bad comments sent their way. Really the catty comments are part of the show.

If you don't like the show just don't watch it. There are other things on during that timeslot(NBC Dateline on Tuesdays at 8)

And remember this is just a reality show, the drama is part of the whole thing

I felt bad when he made fun of that one guys looks. Thats a bit to far. My wife and mom loves it but I think its rubbish! I dont think people should be judged on thier looks. He said that one dude looked like a bug eyed jungle creature. Thats was messed up. Its sad that Americans get enjoyment out of other peoples pain. I cant imagine what it would feel like to be made fun of on national tv because of the way I look. Shame on Simon! Shame on Paula for laughing behind peoples back!

I have thought of not watching the show but I do enjoy it.... actually I thought Simon was getting nicer until I realized that it was Randy and Paula's NASTINESS that made him seem less rude!!! Paula has no business talking trash about the singers. she walks around STONED on whatever it is and can hardly hold her head up.. and Randy wears way too much makeup.. his face looks a dark shade of gray... so sorry to say that Simon has got my vote for the most honest and truthful!!

As long as people keep watching the show, Simon and Paula can get away with it. I'm already ahead of you, I'm never seen a single episode. All I know of it is people talking about it.

Simon was just as insulting in England with Pop Idol. He could go to the Antarctica and would even be nasty to the penguins.

The show has been on long enough for people to know what to expect. Even if you're good, there's the chance that Simon won't like you, for some reason or another, and he's going to tell you. He's honest, good for him. It beats all the fake @ss lying BS!

A friend of mine who went on an audition said you must go through preliminary judges before you see the panel. At this time, they decide if you can sing. If you cannot sing, then you have to do a bit. So it turns out, that the people know they will be made fun of when they come in.
I think the little montages they do with everyone singing the same song sorta gives that away.

I hate that show, it's full of sh**. Their is no way that most of the people that can't sing a lick make it to the auditions. They do that to embarass these people. I wish someone could get there hands around his neck and choke the sh** out of him.Paula justs needs to be b**** slap and she will calm down.
