There's no way to end the hurt... all you can do is wait it out...and get on with your life... If there were wedding plans on the horizon... then this may have contributed not only to your stress but to hers as well. I had a similar situation in my life... (GF cheated with my best friend...) All you can really do is suck it up and get on with your life... my mantra through those trying months was "the best revenge is living well" This relationship you were in was obviously NOT meant to be... chalk it up as a learning experience and concentrate on being a better person... for your own emotional well being...your pride and self worth have been damaged... concentrating on creating a better you will heal the wound faster, and the real "Ms. Right" will come along...

Good Luck

When I was 3 my mom marries a man I adored. I was so happy by age 5, I finally had a daddy like other kids.At age 6 it all crumbled when he started molesting me, this went on until I was 12. I was a child & so scared od what he would do if I told. It took me until i was 37 yrs old tp put the past away and learn that you have to pick YOURSELF up and go on with life. No one else can or will do it for you. Don't let the people who have heart you have control over your life, your emotions. You can't let them win , you have to overcome what they have done to you and move forward in life. That is what makes US victorious in this crazy messed up society.

I just accepted that people lie and cheat even to me. I got over my ego then allowed myself to deal with the pain. I recognized that I was a major part of why people treat me the way they do and if they continue to go to far I allow them to know and give them consequences and follow through by either removing my friendship or help. Why should I help someone treat me like crap and financially support it too. That's how I was able to weed out the good from the bad. Now my life is less stressed. I now deal with stress that comes normally from life not from those I trust to not purposely and knowingly hurt me.

With Gods help and friends and lots of prayer i survived my biggest stress or hurdles in my life.... The strength also comes from within. I have had alot of bad things and tough situations but God has always been my help and mainstay and now that I am married to a wonderful guy he helps comfort and help me through things as well.

Consider everything that happens to us a lesson that evolves our hearts and minds so when our real love comes into our lives WE ARE READY to accept it, love it, respect it, and ENJOY it immensely.

If we get f'd in our relationships we are either not doing enough for it, selected the wrong partner, or just haven't learned enough about ourselves to evolve into loving partners.

Move on and tell her she sucks. Than NEVER TALK TO HER AGAIN (trust me)

Redirect your energy into something else. Don't let this girl put any stress in your life.

Keep yourself busy and move on. There is no easy answer to this. But you just have to try to keep your chin up and stay positive....there is someone else out there for you that will be there for you and not hurt you. Just be glad that you found out how she was when you did and that you didn't marry her.

Smoke pot, and get lots of rest. I buried myself in movies and books until I felt better about myself. You should be relieved that this happened now, rather than after you married. There is ALWAYS a silver lining - you just need to look for it.
