Nothing, if it's the truth. If it isn't, I hope you're prepared for some jail time or at least a fine. It's a crime to file a false police reort or to abuse the 911 system. You could be tying up a line desperately needed by someone in real trouble.

Unless you had the plate number and a cellphone pic of the guy and he really DID look like Osama bin Laden, I wouldnt call. They would otherwise come on over and arrest you.
