Yes my mother works at an elementary school. We gave a family a couch, table and chairs and about 4 Christmas gifts each.
We usually help a needy family when we can if we have the resources.

At this point I think I would almost be considered the poor,with Christmas bills and everything else piling in.....I did give around 15 bucks to the bell ringing people around the holidays and I bought a toy for Toys For Tots.Does that count?!

Yes, I have always done it. There are a lot of poor and homeless people in my city. I always see them sleeping on the streets, kids come to me and ask for money but I don't give them money, I give food.
