Hi, I have sims 2 and i'm pretty far aloong but this girl ava cadvada walked in the other day now i have to excavate the bovine shrine???? what does that mean? where is the bovine shrine?

i'm reading this from the gamefaq walkthrough so pay attention
go to city hall and buy the building permit for the bovine
shrine $2,500. if u don't have enough ... i've said it enough ! now you'll have 2 wait 8 hours. once your done go back and talk 2 ava at the penthouse. go down the steps in the basement turn right
