Pretty high odds, mate. although the hose-pipe ban has been lifted, it'll be in place again by easter.

Almost a certainty I'd have to say. We're getting less rainfall than ever, the summers are getting hotter and longer and to top it all off the population is continuing to grow.

Well, Thames and Three Valleys lifted the hosepipe ban yesterday (woo!), so I reckon about 14-1 ON.

hmmm Global warming, unpredictable weather


My guess would be heat wave, drought, followed by flood, then high winds, then snow, and finally another heat wave

with this lousy country i'd say 80% likely. (given new properties going up and lack of resources available etc etc, leaks.)
