i dont really understand the meaning of her lyrics.. but it has become such a party song this end of the globe that i couldnt help but fall for it..
i actually prefer the Bamboo remix - wicked bassline..
i like Shakira from back in the Ojas Si days..
So to answer your question, based on my liking of Shakira and other facets... i'd give it a 7/10...

I love that song, so i would rate it at a 10. Shakira is the best. It makes me want to get up and dance everytime I hear it.
