Guys, i have FIFA 2002 full version and i want to play online with my friends through Direct IP. The problem is that even though we both r online and have each others IP, when we click connect it displays "Establishing Connection" and it cont. till clicked cancel. Apparently many people around the world have played online but I dont know how. If u can plz help me.
Note:
I have a bsnl broadband.
A complete walkthrough for it will be useful.

Most multiplayer games work like this:
To play via DirectIPone side has to know the hosts IP. Then the host must create a game and wait until the other joins the game created by the host. Once the host and the other player(s) are both ready to play, the host starts the game.
Set the firewall up to allow the game you want to play to act as a server. If not set then the other player won't be able to join to your game.

well one of you has a connection with very low bandwidth .......
play with a newer version
that would definately help..............
