They're only $249, however, the ones you're seeing are the bundles. They're $399, the store should carry both varities, if not gamestop has the unbundled versions for $249. So depending on where you live it'll be $249 plus how much the tax is.

What country are you from? They're $400 here in Australia. Also, prices are inflated at the moment due to the console being rare so that could be it.
