I have two emails: one for business and one for personal use. I check my business email everyday (actually twice a day). I usually check my personal email 3 to 4 times a week. I like to write my friends and family a lot :-)

under no circumstances. relatively. I prepare Tibetan Buddhism, and that i've got taken the 5 Precepts Vow. between the precepts is to not lie, and to not even deceive others with the aid of partial omission. given which you besides mght could prepare loving-kindness, you tell unsightly truths as gently as obtainable, and on condition that pressed to assert them. And being truthful ... properly, definite, it does advise which you will lose out on some possibilities ... ones that could require dishonesty to get forward. yet relatively, now ... how are you able to place a value on your vanity and honor?

i have my email checking every 5 minutes automatically to see if there is something new. In honesty that is an Outlook default!

I got Gmail (sorry Yahoo!) open by default, when the title bar says "Gmail - Inbox (x)" then I click it and read the new message.

I THINK IT DEPENDS ON YOUR ACCESS TO THE INTERNET. IF YOU HAVE IT @ HOME OR ON YOUR LAPTOP IT IS OK TO CHECK IT EVERY DAY BUT IF YOU HAVE TO VISIT AN INTERNET CAFE WEEKLY IS FINE.
