Well if you used the same standard of English in the novel as you have in the question I'd get it edited before you do anything else with it. Then look for publishers how publish the genre that your story is in. Send it to as many publishers as you think will be interested in it will a covering letter obviously so they know who you are and don't be surprised if you never hear from any of them again.

submit it to a literary magazine or the NY Times endpaper which appears every Sunday as the last article in the magazine section...they take submissions from the public. Check literary magazines for solicitations for manuscripts.....good luck!

Sweetie, if it is written as poorly as your question you won't be published.

Public libraries have books listing publishers, their addresses, and the criteria they require for manuscript submission.
