Some aching & tenderness is normal, especially if the limb is jarred. If, however, the pain level seems excessive (which is hard to define, I know), then you should go back to your doctor.

Is the fracture in plaster? If it is, and the pain seems to be increasing, rather than decreasing, then the plaster may be too tight, or the bone may have been set wrongly, in which case, you definitely need to hit up your doctor.

If the break is in a bone that can't be set, then try putting an ice pack over the affected area. Put the ice on for about 20 minutes or so, and then remove. If you've got a break in a toe, or a bone in the foot, rest with the foot slightly elevated, e.g. on a pillow.

Yes , it is very normal to feel pain from a broken bone. When you break a bone, there are millions of cells that are damaged or hurt. Those cells include nerve cells. It will even hurt for a long time after the bone is "healed".

i have not skilled wrist discomfort once the bone had healed and there became no extra discomfort - yet what you would possibly want to properly be handling is discomfort from nerve entrapment. (I were provided that in my elbows (cubital tunnel syndrome) after trauma, yet my rfile stated it would want to be led to by different issues that you'll in no way word. My suggestion: see an orthopedist and make positive you haven't got a nerve challenge, because nerve harm can become everlasting.) Or it would want to likely be strained ligaments, yet i do not understand a lot about that. till you word someone, advise you no longer carry some thing heavy with that hand or placed any weight on it.
