3. Distant vision: Uncorrected 20/70, but corrected to 20/20
Near vision: Uncorrected 20/30, but corrected to 20/20
4. Meet refraction, accommodation and astigmatism requirements
5. Corrective eye surgery could be a disqualifier
6. Have no history of hay fever, asthma or allergies after age 12
7. Meet Air Force weight and physical conditioning requirements

Education, citizenship, age, physical fitness, mental and physical dexterity, stress managment, quick wittedness etc. are only some of attributes.

As far as I know, there is no height restriction in order for one to be issued with a professional pilot licence, either by the UK CAA, the FAA or any governing bodies. However, airlines on their own, may impose their requirements. So it is a matter of company policy. If you choose to fly for general aviation, a height of 160 cm is not a problem at all.
