No, Just Delete it it is a FORGE EMAIL and is trying to get some money from u towards postage/handling/insurance charges for the Large amount shown to u and they r not going to pay u anything, Neither Microsoft nor any company organises this types of LOTTERY.
BEWARE, and Delete these type of Mails whenever u receive.

It's a scam do not believe these E Mails I just delete all mine They are just a big joke.
