I guess it depends on what you consider dangerous, but I will offer you what I call the big four:
Omar Hasan Ahmad al-Bashir, President of the Sudan, a mass murderer (He has put the late Saddam Hussein to shame) to date in Darfur: 300,000 civilians killed
George Bush, President of the United States, who has called the conditions in Darfur genocide (that nastiest of nasty words) but been so busy with Iraq he has not used the moral authority his office provides to do anything substantial on the world stage to stop it
A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, President of India (shocked you with this one huh?) who while few are watching is further developing nuclear weapon (not just energy) technology and has hinted at selling some to Japan (who have also recently in no small part do to North Korea has expressed standing up a full army) which may set off the next cold war nuclear build up not in the Middle East but in Asia.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, President of Iran, whose desire for power in the middle east (much more a power hungry politician than a religious fanatic) may cause a regional and potential global conflict between Shi'a and Sunni Muslims

i cant really say a single person but the most dangerous group are called the global elite , members are the rockerfellas, the rotheschilds ,people like henry kissenger , dick cheney and so on.
this is made up of the most wealthy people on the planet they own the world banks ,federal reserve , oil companys , the media and pretty much everything that has a monopoly . they wage wars , create events like 9/11 as pretexts to go to war and they benefit from all of it .
they wate generations to get what they want , there idiology is very sick and there end game is population reduction by using all of the above to manipulate the population , big brother , police state total surveilance . If people wake up praps we will stop what is happening , but i doubt the zombies will wake up.
and for those that are sceptical without looking at the evidence , if you dont look at it ,it doent mean its not there . WW3 will kick off in years not decades and people will still not have a clue and fight in wars for there own enslavement not for there countrys just like we are now in IRAQ.

I know lots of people will say Bush, but if it has to be a politician, I would name Cheney as being far more dangerous.
But in reality, it is probably one of the Rothschilds. They are the ones funding and pulling the strings of EVERY side of every conflict. for their own personal amusement too.
the massacres that happen in the Congo make anything Saddam ever did look like playschool.
And for people saying Iran's President, you really are buying into FOX propaganda and wearing your ignorance as a badge of pride. He has almost no power or support in Iran today. Their Parliament has started impeachment proceedings against him. and he will be out of Power within the next 18 months. The real leaders in Iran are the Mullahs.
The Israeli's are the ones training for a nuclear attack on Iran. They are planning a pre-emptive nuclear attack on another non-nuclear soveriegn state, that is designed to drag the USA into a global war with Russia and China (Iran's LEGAL backers)
Stop watching fox and start actively petitioning your political leaders to stop this escalation madness!

The results are in and I say the two most dangerous people are the presidents of Iran and the USA. Lets lock them in a cage, sell tickets, and let the little pricks fight it out. Forgive me if I'm cynical but you've got to admit it would be fun to watch. and we could use the proceeds to buy us a better president.

Dick Cheney. He is in control of the Office of the President and is not held accountable. Every thing he does is contrary to the Constitution of the United States. He is a war profiteer. He never stopped working for Haliburton.

I won't be able to answer this until December 31, 2010. Or more likely, late afternoon, January 3, 2011.
I would never give Bush that muck credit. While stupidity is dangerous, I don't see him as Stupidly Evil. Most incompetent world leader is a possiblity, maybe best leader if you own an American Oil Company, but most dangerous?
That can ONLY be Richard "The Thing Which Could Not Die" Cheney.
