Depends how big u are ....if ur like 200 pounds, then 5 pounds is nothing, But if you weight like 110 puonds, then 5 is a lot.

Not usually. It's likely that the person has just lost water, which a body needs. If you're trying to lose weight, though, it's a step in the right direction!

5 pounds is not a be deal depending on how fast you lost. or if your very thin to begin with. if your not thin or didn't lose it fast i wouldn't worry but if you are then go to the doc

it is not but if u gained them agian then it is
as time pass you will beagn to loose less the up coming weeking but don't freak out becuase this is how it works

depends on how much you weigh and how long you took to lose it.

Try looking at your body fat percentage and your BMI. That's a better gauge for weight loss.
