I want to send a web page directly as e-mail, not as an attachment. Is there any free software available to do this ?

Am I being thick, or are you asking how to attach an entire website to an email without using attachments? If you are, I can see a problem with that...

If you mean you want to send a _link_ to it, that can be done easily in ANY email program - just copy and paste the URL of the site into an email!
