A man with his finger on 'the big red button', a nagging wife at home, kids on drugs, overbearing in laws, a family constantly disappointed in him, loss of job security and shitty neighbours.
When you hear that man say "OH F*CK IT ALL!!!!" He has just become the most dangerous man in the world!
Karma.

Fedor Emelianenko is buddy. He is undefeated in the most brutal mixed martial arts competition in the world for the last four years. There was one technical decision made against him, but it was controversial because it may have been an illegal elbow and the fight was stopped because of the size of the cut rather than a knockout. In the rematch he didn't knock the other guy out, or submit him, he punched him all over the ring until it was splattered profusely with the guy's blood.
Reputed to be able to beat up an American brown bear, this guy could save the world from an alien invasion.

Fedor Emelianenko (born September 28, 1976), is a Russian heavyweight mixed martial arts fighter and the current PRIDE World Heavyweight Champion. He has been the reigning heavyweight champion in PRIDE since March 16, 2003, and has a professional MMA record of 25-1-0.
Number two would be Ex-Navy Seal Captain Richard Marcinko:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Marcinko
Richard '****' Marcinko (born November 21, 1940 in Lansford, Pennsylvania), who often calls himself the Rogue Warrior (also the title of his best-selling book), is one of the United States' most accomplished and recognized special operations experts, with over 30 years of experience in a variety of specialties including counter-terrorism, intelligence and special operations.
Commanding Red Cell, Marcinko was directed to use his team to test the Navy's anti-terrorist capabilities. As a result he was able to infiltrate seemingly impenetrable, highly secured bases, nuclear submarines, ships and other purported "secure areas", including the U.S. Presidential plane Air Force One.
Among the claims Marcinko makes in his own voice under fictional headings is an assertion that his Red Cell successfully captured nuclear devices from U.S. Navy facilities, and proved the viability of plans to penetrate and attack nuclear-powered submarines, to destroy the subs by using them as improvised dirty bombs and to capture launch codes for nuclear weapons aboard the subs by using mild torture against personnel in custody of launch codes.
Ooohhhhh yeah.
EDIT: Don't listen to all these people who keep saying George Bush. He's a dancing monkey that couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag. Put even Vladimir Putin in a cage with him and it'll be over in a matter of seconds. Who cares if he has nukes?! Fedor would survive a nuclear holocaust, come back and put him in an inverted face lock even if he did press that button. You people have no idea.
Don't fear Bush. Fear Fedor.

The beast. We don't know who he is right now; but trust me when the little bugger pops up you'll know it. That.... right now is the most dangerous man in the world.. the problem is that we don't know who he is, or where he is at this moment.
