The temperature today was nearly 60 degrees, with sunshine and a light breeze. In the middle of January.
London doesn't get snow every year. Maybe on average every other year, and then only a light dusting which lasts a couple of days.
I don't know how to post my pictures on this but if I did I would post a picture of my subtropical garden. I went out this morning to see if there was any damage from recent storms and everything was lush and green.
What was the weather like where you live today? Who else living at 40 degrees latitude can grow passion flowers, bromeliads, bananas and gardenias in their back yards without digging them up in the winter?

It's certainly not the worst place! London has fairly mild winters, though they tend to be gray and daylight hours are short. It's better in the Carribean in winter, but there are many places where it would be worse to spend winter!

have you been there. yes it's to cold well i don't like cold weather, so for me it will be very bad.
