First of all in the response to the start of your question - i am 5 ft 11" and blonde and slim - you complete and utter cow, I am so jealous.

In response to the second part - you are very lucky because you are tall and slim which is what most clothes are designed for today.

Go to a make up counter in John Lewis or a similar dept store and ask them if you suit warm or cool colours. You don't have to buy anything, just ask them for advice on what to pick, mull it over then leave. If you are warm you should go for beiges and reds and browns - autumnal colours. If your are cool (you sound like you are because you say you are blonde and pale) you will look good in pinks, blues and colours. Browns and greys are really wrong for cool colours as they will wash you out.

Buy a copy of Glamour magazine as they are really good at showing fashionable looks without being prescriptive - read what they say and go out and find something.

But most, most, most, importantly be more confident. Go out and buy and wear what you like - you just need to be a bit more confident. You will be surprised how good you look when you do that. Good luck - remember to dress for yourself first, look they way you want to look.

Try blues and greens as well as the earth colors your wearing already. Long dresses will show off your height and hair, be sure to wear earth tone makeup to match your skin also as it goes with anything. You can also try dyeing your hair... I did. I'm a natural blonde but am now a red head

Seems like you lack a little confidence in yourself, to go out and try new fashions. However, it is ok to dress for comfortably as many often only shop for what they perfer. However if you are looking for some fashion advice, i have a group set up called 'latest trend', simply click on my avatar profile and the link in the section about me.

its not easy eh. theres so many different styles out there and different things to suit different ages! The first thing i'd do is look at magazines and look at styles that are in fashion, what celebs are wearing etc.. decide what you like at look for similar things when you're out shopping. If you really dont trust you own judgement, Topshop have a service where you can book an appointment with a stylist at a shop and they will help you find things to suit you, your shape, skin tone etc. They're really good and its a free service!! Have a look on their website and book yourself in! maybe take a friend too for a bit of fun .. good luck! http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/TopCategoriesDisplay?catalogId=19551&storeId=12556&langId=-1

why do you feel you have to restrict yourself to clothes that obviously hide your height and figure? be proud of who you are and what you are made of! when all that fails watch the tv !!! presenters of shows that involve them talking to real people see how they dress and take note, if youre tall and know it then go for boots with kitten heels, slim then gofor belts that are slung low and look great, colous well reds are fab for us blondes and so are yellows just wear your hair up when wearing yellow. whites with coloured belts and shoes, browns are fab for us we carry them off tey teaming a chocolate brown top with a pair of white linin trousers and a fab chunky brown belt, and kitten heels and tell me you dont look fab!!!

i honestly don't know how to tell you how to dress but i think you should look at celebs as a role model that might look like you or you have an interest in them from what you described yourself as a tall blonde and thin i think maybe chantelle houghton (won cbb and married preston from ordinary boys) or paris hilton, maybe even coleen mcoughlin (dnt no how to spell it but she is wayne rooneys girlfreind)buy some magazines for ideas hope this helps!

Whatever you do, dont pick a pale pink or pale blue to wear, try stronger, brighter colours, i think turquoisy blues look nice on blondes with pale skin. otherwise, get loads of your mates opinions, see what they all agree on and try that!
try, try and try again, then seek professional advice if that doesnt work, apply for 'what not to wear'!!

You should wear nice fitted trousers and dresses over them with a nice waist belt...this archives a shorter leg look as the dresses end just below your thighs.

You should try some red colors. red looks good on everyone. well it depends on what look u are going for .. preppy, ghetto, etc. dont get pants that are too tight or too loose. if they are too tight they could give u yeast infections :\ lol and loose pants will sag.

just try bright colors and cute accesories. thats all u need to change ur appearance.
