Of course! This is why I will never leave the house without a packet of kleenex in my purse. I have colitis and never know what's going to "happen" when I'm out. Saved my butt many times, no kidding!

Yes, that happens all the time. But after the first couple times of having no toilet paper I quickly learned to carry some in my purse. I was thankful I just had to pee:)

In Pakistan u hardly find hand towels or toilet paper so i carry em in my purse :)

yes, the majority of the times, i hate that, but i guess thats y we have a purse... so always keep tissue paper and other stuff in there, cause u never no what can happen...

Yeah lots of places, it's gross! Especially pubs/clubs towards the end of the night. Always carry tissues, that's my motto!

I have had that happen a few times. Especially at school. High schools are bad for that.
