i don't intend this to be a joke. i never really have much tought and if i have it, its not relevant at all to what is important. i bloody missed an exam today, completely forgot. my minds always taken by worries and horrible thoughts. just like to hear some views

You sound like you are overloaded with what's going on in your life. I know it is easier said than done, but slow down and remain calm. If you haven't taken the time for yourself lately, make time before you have a meltdown. If you are really concerned that you will cause harm to yourself, call your doctor.

You need a hobby to stress out and relax. Maybe even some quality sleep.

Our heads tend till feel that way when we have gave it to much data, I would suggest from personal experience to maybe go to your family doctor or church pastor and just talk to them and ask their suggestions.
