read english newspapers, try to speak to urself in english, compell ur frnds to converse in english with u. try not to be shy, u'll commit mistakes but u'll definitely improve ur english just in 1 week i promise. learn 5 new words from dictionary eveyrday

read english books but at loud or buy these cds that have the a person reading books and listen or read with him, reading newspapers is good too
