I'm outside Philadelphia and it is 7:51 am - we're up. By the way big guy, one of the reasons America is the lone superpower is because we work our tails off over here. Just ask my Austrailian neighbor who doesn't like the competitive atmosphere over here. I get up and go to work by 4:00 am everyday and stop at around 8:30 pm.
If I don't work that hard, the next guy in line will and my job goes bye-bye. Good or bad, I'm raising my two kids to be competitors, not slackers.

In North Texas (just outside of Dallas)
up for some time now---this is the start of the weekend for some of us and besides---in Texas a good number of people are up VERY early every day !!! (It is 6:54 A M here)

Hard to tell. Here in Saipan, where everyone is American, they are either already asleep or are getting ready to sleep. It's 11pm. In New York, it must be about 9am or 10am and have either gotten up or will be getting up soon.
Unless they work the night shift.

Yes I'm up. I had to get up at 5:30 for Fajr prayer and didn't bother going back to sleep.
