One a champion, always a champion refers to the heart and soul it takes to win it all, that it can't be taken away from you once you achieve it. Now write your paragraph.

hey....sorry but u have to do urself....buddy....
I can only give u some additional tips...

Write about someone who ( whether it is fake or real, it is not that important ) honestly and incredibly did something right... and won some medal...
Whether the contest is big or small, holy Buddha, it is not that important...what is the importance ?? he/she must be in a group of cheaters or cruel people...did something right which the others dont...won some medal and become a champion... and u never forget him...he will be ur forever champion....
Or try someone real else...like Arnold Palmer or Pele or Jack Nicklaus or Mohammad Ali or Schumacher etc...there are so many champions..buddy....

If someone does it for you, you'll learn nothing and you'll keep needing help. If you do this stuff on your own, you'll learn to be independent it'll just get done just like that. This is homework help, not homework doing. Maybe write something about how champion is someone with a good attitude, and they will always succeed in the end.
