Ok I know everyone is going to say sleep more ..etc.. and I can't help but agree. When I started sleeping for at least 9 hours a day for a couple of months my eyes became noticably relieved.
Some short-term remedies you can try are putting slices of cucumber or potato on the eye area. These help in reducing the dark pigmentation around your eyes.
Another great thing is vitamin E oil. You know those yellowish capsules, break one and rub the oil under your eyes. Make sure not to drown your eyes with it though!

Dab vasaline (dont rub) under your eyes before bed, you can put it on your lips too! This is a trick models use, do this nightly you'll never get the dark or puffy circles again. I had the same problem until I found out about this!

always remember dark color Will reduce the puff n light color Will make it more. as for a natural makeup you can use an eyeshadow 2 numbers darker than your skin color and apply it on the puffy area. and for the dark circle under the eyes Maksfactor waterproof foundation 1number lighter than the skin color would do good. just remember while applying it under the eyes always leave 3mm free space under your eyelashes so u wont look like you've just cried!

your eyes are just probably tired coz maybe you sleep late at night. i have some few remedies for your tired eyes...

rose water- soak cotton ball and apply to eyes once a week.

cucumber- place a slice each on your eyes and rest, for around 10 minutes to reduce stressed eyes.

potato (shredded)- put on top of eyes to reduce black circles. let it rest for around 10 minutes

uhm... these remedies are not unhealthy and won't have any bad side effects so don't you worry. just give them a try.
