The person who is the best would be one who can make you jump really really high, and make your friend run really really fast

I think if you're walking down the road and see a cheeta. Then your friend will be better off, because they'll be able to jump out of the way, - but the cheeta will still catch you up.

On the other hand if you meet an angry gorilla, then you're in luck. You'll be able to out run the gorilla, but your friend wont be able to out jump it....

Hope that answers your question!

You're the best at what you do..... he/she is the best at what he/she does.... get over it...lol.... you're both winners even if you're not as good as the other at something. Just be glad that you two are friends, and don't let something so trivial ruin your friendship.... just enjoy the times you have together!

Neither of you. Does it really matter who is best, everyone has their own talents but that doesn't make them any better than anyone else.

Your friend - they are not boasting about it...

Seriuosly, "best" (or more strictly speaking, better) only applies when you compare on a particular task or subject - it has to be valid to one item only.
