there's lots of kinds of alcohol. as a side note it is actually possible to get ants drunk. and when an ant is drunk it always falls over on its right side. that's a fact.

Some ants have wood alcohol in their venom but I never heard they have it in their blood. Ants are cold blooded and will go into hibernation.

I often have alcohol in my blood but am not necessarily drunk.
if they have it in THEIR blood maybe they are always drunk, they can be jolly aggressive people!
