Choreographed, of course. Most injuries are real. The DEATHS are real also.

Why do non-wrestling fans (i.e. WWE, TNA, etc.) keep asking this question? Do they get hard waiting for us to say, "DUUHH, *finger in nose*, yeah its real..."
We know its fake. I think wrestling is entertaining and most times funny. I laugh my *** of everytime I watch it (except of course when someone gets effed up).

MMA (like Pride Fighting- which includes Sumo and regular wrestling), and the wrestling where two people wearing team colors that are wrestling in a small circle, yes.
WWE, WWF, and anything else where they are wearing costumes and masks and wild hair: no it is not real in the sense of sponteniety.. it is choreographed and all of it is an act. They do work extremely hard to make what they do look as real as possible,and some of it is very dangerous if you don't know how to do it right.- its not something you can just goof around with at home.

the one on television isn't real. It is scripted. The matches are choreographed and so are the story lines. However the many injuries that the wrestlers suffer are real.
The ones in the Olympics are obviously real.

NO. WWE wrestling is all a really bad soap opera for baboons. Wrestling as a sport is real, yes.

Depends on what you mean by real??? alot of the moves are real and the physical abuse they take is tremendous but the outcome is predetermined!

profession wrestling, aka WWE etc. is not real, it is all staged. but i remember something hulk hogan said on a talk show once...it isn't real, but it still hurts!

technically no it isnt. there are some serious injuries that go down but the storylines and everything are planned out weeks in advance
