it's hard to decide whose hat to wear in this era of free agency... perhaps a "mlb" cap would suffice? anyway, here are the teams i associate most closely with each player you listed...
clemens, yankees: maybe once more
gossage, yankees : still scary after all this time
maddux, braves: part of the best rotation in mlb for a long time
henderson, a's : a green and gold blur
dawson, expos: yes, les expos
johnson, diamondbacks : 2001 world series was unforgettable
smith, cubs : big saves on a perennial loser
blyleven, twins : still pulling for the home team today

Roger Clemens - Boston Red Sox
-I know Roger wants to be a Yankee in the Hall, but I'm sure the committee will rule that his greatest accomplishments were with the Sox, unless he comes back to the Yankees in 2007, pitches a full-season and wins the Cy Young and leads the team to a World Series win. Then a Yankee cap would make sense.
Goose Gossage - New York Yankees
-He put up some solid numbers elsewhere, but clearly New York is where he "made" his career.
Greg Maddux - Atlanta Braves
-This one seems like a no-brainer to me. Three Cy Young awards in Atlanta, six All-Star appearances and a ticket to the playoffs every season. He was great with the Cubbies, but his legacy will always be in Atlanta.
Rickey Henderson - Oakland Athletics
-Now for Rickey to get into the Hall of Fame he's going to have to stay retired for a solid five-year stretch, which could be complicated. Six All-Star appearances, a World Series ring, one MVP and over 700 stolen bases. Yeah, definitely had the biggest impact as a member of the A's.
Andre Dawson - Montreal Expos
-I've gone back and forth on this one multiple times. Should "The Hawk" be a Cub or an Expo?! He had a huge impact on both clubs, but I feel he was important to the team as an Expo than as a Cub.
Randy Johnson - Arizona Diamondbacks
-Johnson had a solid career in Seattle (5-time All-Star and 1 Cy Young) but had an incredible career in Arizona (5-time All-Star and 4 Cy Youngs AND World Series MVP).
Lee Smith - Chicago Cubs
-Honestly, I don't know if Lee is a Hall of Famer, but if he does get elected in it'll be with a Cubs hat, based primarily on longevity with the team.
Bert Blyleven - Minnesota Twins
-Oh come on, there's no need to give a reason for this. Bert is a Twinkie through-and-through.

Roger Clemens (Red Sox) (Even though he wanted to go in as a Yankee. What the hell, he had his most clutch games as a Yankee in the playoffs.)
Goose Gossage (Yankees)
Greg Maddux (Braves)
Rickey Henderson (A's)
Andre Dawson (Expos)
Randy Johnson (Diamondbacks)
Lee Smith (Cardinals)
Bert Blyleven (Twins)

Each player is allowed to chose the cap that he will wear, but the Hall of Fame has the right to overrule a choice.
When Wade Boggs signed with Tampa Bay, his contract included a clause in which he agree that he would wear their cap if elected to the HOF. That was his request when he was elected, but the HOF sought fit to overrule his choice and tell him that his cap would show the Red Sox insignia.
To guess two of the above though, Greg Maddux, Atlanta and Rickey Henderson, Oakland
This site is a list of all the players in HOF, and includes the cap that they are wearing on their plaque.

Clemens is going in with a Sox hat. If he pulls a Nolan Ryan though, he might wear a Houston, I doubt it though. Gary Carter wanted to wear a Mets hat, even though he was there for only a few seasons.
Goose is going in with a Yankees hat, he had his best seasons there, and if he gets in it's almost a guarantee he's gonna be wearing a NY hat.
Maddux is wearing a Braves one. He still did have a lot of great seasons with Chicago, but he won his Series ring with Atlanta, won three Cy Youngs with them, and although he recorded his 300th win and 3000th K with Chicago, his most productive seasons were with the Braves.
Henderson is going in with an A on his cap. He played for A LOT of teams in his career, mostly with the A's and Yankees. Yet he won a Series ring with Oakland, got the single season steal record with Oakland, the career steal record with Oakland, won his Gold Glove with Oakland, and won his MVP with Oakland.
If the voters get their head out of their *** and let Hawk in, then he'll be wearing a Chicago hat. He was great with Montreal, winning most of his Gold Gloves there, but he had his MVP year with the Cubs, and put up his best numbers, and he played on two more All-Star games in Chicago than he did in Montreal.
The Unit is going to be wearing the D-Backs' logo. He was good in Seattle, he became a legend in Arizona. He won four of his five Cy Youngs in Arizona, won the Series with Arizona, pitched his perfect game with Arizona, and will prolly finish his career there. He had four straight 300+ K seasons in Arizona, so he'll probably be wearing that cap.
Lee Smith will be wearing a Cubs hat. He put up his three 40+ save seasons in St. Louis, but he started becoming a known closer in Chicago. And had his best stretch there,
Blyleven will be wearing a Twins cap. He won't get voted in though. Everytime you say Blyleven you think Twins. He won two Series there, had his only 20 win season there and won the most games there.

Who decides what team logo will be used on induction plaques?
The choice of which team’s logo appears on a player’s plaque is the Museum's decision, though we always consider the wishes of an inductee. As a history museum and as such, it's important that the logo be emblematic of the historical accomplishments of that player's career. A player's election to the Hall of Fame is a career achievement, and as such, every team for whom he played is listed on the plaque; however, the logo selection is based on where that player makes his most indelible mark. Visit our Hall of Fame plaque section to see the plaques of your favorite Hall of Fame members
Roger Red Sox
Goose Yankee
Maddux Brave
Henderson A's
Dawson close call but should be a Cub
Johnson would be easier to tell if his career ended today it be the Mariners but with 2 mre years in Arizona he is in as a Diamondback
Smith Cub
Blyleven Twin

The Hall of Fame decides, not the player. In quite a few cases, the plaque has the hat positioned so no emblem or logo is visible on the hat.
