Will the mother board run them both? Its a Dinension Series Dell. With the new MACs dual core, will it also run using and older processor(in the DELL)

No, for two reasons.
1. It won't run since the Dell BIOS isn't the right type.
2. It's contrary to the Mac licensing agreement to install any Mac OS on anything but Apple hardware.

Nope, sorry. There are ways, but it's not worth the hassle, as most of your hardware probably wouldn't work under Mac OS X. Save up and buy a Mac.

if you switch the motherboard for an apple motherboard.... it would run both! that's why apple motherboards cost a few dollars more than dells.
