If a joke it's a joke, I think it should be allowed to be tell by anyone. If racism its a crime, it should be punished towards to anyone whom commited this crime. My point is, why we still see white comedeans be persecuted by the same jokes tell by the black comedian? Do we, latin, blacks, whites, jews, etc being allowed to discriminates against our own people? It is ok I commit this crime if I did against my own people?
If the joke is considered racist, and racism is a form of crime, why the joke isn't prohibitted to be tell?
The freedom of people express what they think, does not give them the right to offend others.

Actually, freedom of speech DOES give people the right to offend others, just as those people have the right to be offended. Laws against discrimination prohibit acting on that prejudice through hate crimes or discrimination in employment, education, etcetera, but they do not prohibit someone from speaking about their prejudice or even insulting whole sections of society. The only thing that stops this kind of behavior is a public outcry, and this usually just makes the situation worse before it gets better.

Jokes are meant to be laughed at.If a person takes them to heart then they're obviously fighting thier own issues...
If someone jokingly called me a F"ing asian or Casper (Im mixed), I dont mind I'd laugh....
If simple name calling because of color or race offends you then you are insecure..
But if someone purposely aproached me with a racial slurr to hurt me thats another thing. Its not the names that hurt its the disrespect....
