They are good Managers
They know the art of staying rich
Can manage educated fellows
so how does it matter if they do not have RRR

They are toooooo lazy to do anything. They have so many servants at their beck & call who do everything for them.
But studies is something that one has to do it himself ---- so they refrain from doing so.
