There is a saying "Jack of all trades but master of none" is the answer to your question.A Jack knows something of everything.which is no good.
So you can say:
Everyone can excel in something, but no one can excel in everything.

Sure, it is simple. One individual doing everything is impossible, however, a collective group of individuals (everyone) doing "some" thing can accomplish "every" thing. Look at a construction project for example. A carpenter can frame a house, however, framing a house does not make it complete; you also need an electrician, a plumber, a carpet layer, etc. The collective group doing "some" thing can achieve "every" thing to build a house.

What this trans;ates to is No one can do everything is there is something that every single person canNOT do. BUT there is something that every single person CAN do. It isn't all that difficult as it is more how the statement is worded more than anything. BUT it does make sense. As an example EVERYONE can breath. BUT NOT everyone can speak several languages.

Just because no one can do everything, it does not mean that no one can do any thing. But in fact every one can do some thing. Pool of all the some things constitute everything. In your own body there are different functions for different parts. You can't do all the functions with any one part. Similarly every one is part of the society and every one has his own function / role to perform. Trying to do everything is not warranted.

Each one of us was put here on the Earth to touch the lives of those around us. I may not be the next president of the United States, but maybe I taught him/her how to read. I may not be the inventor of the cure for cancer but maybe I was the nurse that cared for their dying sister and cause them to fight for others. I may not be the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize but maybe i was the smile that inspired the life that did. We each have a role in the circle of life. Some roles are up front and seen by all. Some roles are silent and witnessed only by one. As a child growing up in poverty and abused, i remember the gas station attendant who asked me if i was hungry. I remember the teacher i had in 6th grade who taught me to write my first story. I remember how my grandmother held sang to me when i cried. We are each here for a reason, and each reason is important to all. If one chain in the link is weakend or missing, then we cannot be whole. Imagine if we were all doing our mission in life and strengthening others in theirs...Peace....Love...Respect for all.....a future for our children that they can be proud of. It all began with one...and spread to all.

Truth does not depend on anybody's support.
The statement is 'self-explanatory', and is supported by the Universally known truth that 'human' being is with very limited physical capability.

This part of your question.. "No one can do everything" is simply incorrect... just because you do not know anyone does not make it a true statement.
So this part can not be supported

"everything" or "something" are very relative words !! they depend on the life of "everyone"...for example : i am doing "everything" to make my life better and i`m not doing "something" bad to others.
I would rather say " no one knows everything..but everyone knows a little ". coz what you do depends on what you know.
