The Carol Burnett Show. I loved it, our whole family watched it together, and the questions she would get from the audience was hilarious.
Like many others who have answered though, I had many other favourites:
Truth or Consequences (with Bob Barker), a game show before the price is right.
Little House on the Prairie - there always was a message from "Pa" in the show of morals
The Hardy Boys - who couldn't enjoy watching Parker Stevenson & Shaun Cassidy solve a mystery.
The Love Boat - I always day dreamed that I would go on the ship & find "love and adventure...exciting and new"
The Brady Bunch - as cheezy as it was... I liked it.
Leave it to Beaver - just to see what trouble the Beav, or his brothers bad boy friend Eddie would get into.
:-)
Thanks for letting me take a trip down memory lane. Sigh...those were the days, weren't they??

Ok....My kids won't even watch this show in reruns and It makes me so sad :(
I loved Little House on the Prarie. you could count on crying during every episode whether from laughing or it being sad. Talk about a different era. There are no shows like that anymore.
I also loved Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, The Carol Burnett Show, Love Boat, and of course Fantasy Island. I miss those days.

Waltons
Hawaii 5-O
Medical Center
I could go on...I loved to watch TV then. Now, not so much.

Dallas and Dynasty. Lots of glamor! I also liked the soap opera All my Children which started in the 1970s. Would watch it when I got home from my day at college--it helped me unwind and get in the mood to study.

Oh my....I have so many. But if I had to choose just one I would probably have to say Growing Pains. The reason would have to be that I had a huge crush on Kirk Cameron.

I would have to say MASH. There was humor, drama and romance all piled into one half-hour show. Now I like to watch it cause my late father looked alot like Hawkeye (Alan Alda), so it reminds me of him
