The majority of cars, the rear window is only affixed by the rubber seal. Removal of the broken one should be easy.

Lay an old sheet over the back seat and hat rack.
Wear gloves at all times.
Remove the edging from the seal. Usually a chrome strip. Be careful not to damage.
Knock out some of the old glass and pull the edges out of the seal.
Clean the area that the seal fits to with denatured alcohol.
fit seal to new glass
Place a thin rope (Military 550 cord works best) around where the car fits the seal.
Press into place firmly.
With helper pressing against outside edge of window where you are working.
From the inside begin to pull the rope inwards, causing the seal to fit.
After the entire window is in, place the molding back into the channel.

Unless you have some experience at this .. I would take it to a glass shop. Quite the PIA to do and not uncommon to crack the new window.

when my old car got broke into it was easy. I jus remaved all the old galss and went to the junkyard and got another window. I should slide in from the top of the door. And on mine you have to attach to tabs onto the motor arm. (i had electric windows) once you do that jus put all your trim back on and you are good to go.
