They talk in colours:
Yellow = I need more sunlight
Green = I'm happy
Flowers also show how they are:
Red = dangerous / food in winter
Yellow = no nutrients (such as daffodils which grow in poor soil)
There is no standard language, all speak in different dialects and do this mainly by colour.
