For partying day andnight the i would have to say south beach(miami beach). But if you want to have a tranquil time then some in the west coast of florida would be nice. Marco Island and Naples aremy favorite on that side, but i think sarasota and up are nice as well.

The beach at the Outrigger Beach Resort or in the area of 6200 Estero BLVD in Fort Myers Beach is huge, beautiful white sand, clean and every morning, the dolphins swim by.

We went to Cocoa Beach in April, probably a bad time, very very windy, sand in our drinks, and the tide knocked us over hard... I'd probably venture to say somewhere on the west side of FL

I grew up in Daytona, so I have to say that. But just north of Daytona Beach is Ormond Beach, its nice too, a great place to take your dog and play, and its not crowded like Daytona.

Along the panhandle like st. georges island, but try to avoid panama city unless you like crowded beaches, pensacola beach is nice if you can ignore the construction that is still taking place after the hurricanes.
