Your walking through town at 4 in de mornin and someone trys to mug you... they grab you and one way or another you win the fight....theyre ok , just ko'd....no one else is around.... would you
rob them, hurt them some more,call an ambulance,call the cops or somthin else........

Just leave...maybe kick them once or twice, but then leave.
How would the police know I'm the innocent one?
There were no witnesses to the fact that I was only defending myself.

That's a very simple question. I would call the police. To do anything else is to say you are no better than the person that tried to mug you. I certainly would not try and hurt anyone more than what it would take to defend myself.

I suppose it would depend on how they when about getting beat up. If it took a little while I probably have to leave them in an embarrassing position and a note.
