Theres three things you'll need to do:
1) Find all 99 dalmation puppies and return them to Pongo and Perdita in Tranverse Town.
2) Lock all the keyholes. This includes colsieum and Winnie the Pooh worlds.
3) Beat the Hades cup
After the end of the game credits and movie will occur.

still need to do it all, making the ultima weapon is piss anyway, the 99 dalmations are quite hard, Sephiroth is piss as is the 2 Giants they just take time and tactics

you have to collect all the scattered 101 dalmations throughout the game.
