if you're talking about post-acne marks, well they don't go away for quite a long time so maybe you should try using some concealer to make them a little less noticeable.

Firstly you need to understand why you are getting these marks........puberty?oily skin?pregnancy? There are a lot of factors which may contribute to an individual having pimples and therefore an equal amount of solutions to ridding of them. If it is a problem arising from puberty, you need to wash your face with a medicated soap and apply a face cream before you sleep. There are lots of over the counter soaps and creams that are quite effective for pimples you will need to get one that agrees with your skin type. If it is an oily skin problem you will need to wash your face more regularly during the day with a gentle soap and drink lots and lots and lots of water. Pregnancy? Well........good luck with that one after you have the baby everything will be soon back to normal, but just remember to drink lots of water. If all fails see a dermatologist but I believe your best bet is to drink water. Good luck!
