It is cherry blosson season! I hope you can go in late March/early April when they are in bloom. It is my favorite time of year in Japan. The weather will be warm, but it can still get a little chilly at night.

Yoyogi Park for cherry blossoms (and the cherry blossom viewers -- which are nearly as colorful and equally interesting!). Harajuku is pretty cool -- lots of little shops in an alley, basically. Great for little gifts. And Meiji Shrine is right next to that. Meiji shrine is very calming and beautiful!

Depends on what time in spring, but it should be fairly mild. Bring a fleece jacket in case the weather turns and you need to layer. A folding umbrella in your check-through luggage would probably be a good idea, too.

it truly is the nicest time of the three hundred and sixty 5 days. Cool without being too harsh. you would possibly want to gown casually as in summer yet do contain a sweater or mild overcoat on your carry-all in any respect time. The sakura should be blooming then.have exciting. AS

Also it's pollen season as well so if you have pollen or hay allergies.....well let's just say you should bring a tissue.
But weather wise it's very very nice.
